My client is an international Pharmaceutical company in the area of Nordrhein-Westfalen. In this position, you are responsible for finding the right talents while practicing 360° Recruiting. Furthemore you are the point of contact for our hiring managers and advising them on Strategic hiring topics
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing the market to find the talents that we need

Practicing 360° Recruiting

Being the point of contact for our hiring managers

Developing new sourcing strategies, to make our recruiting more efficient

Interviewing interesting candidates
-
Being a trend scout and stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends

Finding the right talents for our company

Helping your colleagues and share your knowledge with them

Responsibility for the whole Recruitment Process
SKILLS REQUIRED
-
Finished Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree
-
Minimum of 5 Years of Talent Acquisition experience
-
Deep knowledge of Recruiting Processes
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Open minded humorous Teamplayer
