My client is an International Tech company in the area of Berlin. In this position you are responsible for Compensation & Benefits policies and supporting the HR organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
-
Analyzing Global Compensation structures and policies
-
Advising the organisation on the technical aspects regarding compensation topics
-
Deploying short and long term incentive programs
-
Benchmarking Internal compensation structures with the market
-
Providing reporting to HR leaders and Leadership board
-
Being able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data / executive packages.

Working on different HR system projects
Skills Required
-
Finished relevant Master’s degree
-
Minimum of 5 Years of (Global) Compensation & Benefits experience
-
Profound knowledge of HR systems
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
-
Complex stakeholder management experience
-
Strong analytical skills
-
Being able to lead global projects with stakeholders in different countries
