Overview

My client is a unicorn disruptive european-based fintech with less than 10 years in the European market, doubling the HC every two years with multiple start-up awards received. They are heavily growing in Europe, with LATAM and Asia to follow.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end executive searches for appointments across Marketing, Sales, People, Workplace, Operations, as well closely oversee the process (and provide advice when needed) with any agency-appointed searches.

  • Select, manage and foster relationships with executive search consulting companies and partners.

  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to attract the best leadership profiles from the top-notch fast-paced companies

  • Provide a high-quality and flawless candidate interview experience, also by working closely with cross-functional teams. 

  • Actively manage these candidates and higher management stakeholders through strong communication skills and data. 

  • Partner with the top management to understand their hiring objectives and advise them with a data-driven approach to develop strategies upon hiring goals.

Skills required

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter (agency and/or inhouse), with at least 3+ years of experience running end-to-end Executive searches.

  • Proven experience recruiting in Marketing & Sales (HR, Operations & Finance would be a plus).

  • Strong network of potential hires within the European tech scene (fintech would be a plus).

  • Proven track record of hiring for scale-ups / startups.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Data-driven approach to both handle the recruiting funnel and advise hiring managers.

  • Excellent English language skills are mandatory, any other language would be a plus.
