Having experienced considerable growth over the last year, and with aspirations of further international expansion, Staffgroup are now hiring for an in-house, multilingual marketing executive.

As Staffgroup’s International Marketing Executive you will have a strong focus on the delivery of campaigns across multiple territories – the role therefore requires a candidate who is fluent in (written and spoken) English and German. French and/or Italian would be desirable but not essential. 

This role is initially to support 12 months maternity cover but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working with the Creative Marketing Executive to develop a strategic voice that strengthens Staffgroup’s brand positioning across digital channels.
  • Developing written content; website copy; social content; public relations; award entries and marketing collateral such as brochures and industry reports. 
  • Create inbound marketing strategies to meet sales goals and support the account development teams with bids/tenders, sales presentations and sales literature. Grow leads by converting online traffic. 
  • Coordinate marcomm material for projects and campaigns – driving awareness and promotion of brand services and social impact/CSR initiatives.
  • Build and manage a content calendar that is designed to attract and engage a targeted client and candidate audience. 
  • Be prepared and available to support across the full marketing and communications mix.

Skills required

  • Fluent in (written and spoken) English and German (French and/or Italian would be a benefit) 
  • Strong copywriting experience essential
  • Must have experience in a similar marketing/copywriting focused role
  • Experience of working with international businesses and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing 
  • Experience in the recruitment sector desirable but not essential


  • Candidates should be based in Berlin (Germany)
  • The role comes with opportunities to visit London, Manchester, Stuttgart and Hamburg
